Associate Corporate Finance - Energy and Metals

MBA Finance from Tier1 only

Corporate finance experience covering some or all of:

- M&A buyside and sellside experience, from deal origination, through valuation, deal execution and assistance in negotiating commercial terms

- Valuation methodologies, such as Discounted Cash Flows, Comparable Companies, Comparable Transactions, Sum of the Parts

- Financial products, such as leverage finance, debt capital markets.

- Corporate strategy

- Have a strong academic background;

- Prior experience at Associate level within an Energy sector team in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance (M&A, Private Funds Advisory or Debt/Equity Advisory;

- A graduate degree in a relevant subject - for example Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Management;

- An excellent communicator with fluency in written and spoken English.

- You have experience of prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects;

- Youre a self-starter that is keen to get involved in teamwork, has strong interpersonal skills, hard-working and flexible;

- Qualified or Part Qualified Professional Accounting or Finance qualification desirable;

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Cash flow projecting & Valuations;

- Financial Modelling
