Associate Consultant

Criteria:

- Location: Pune, Maharashtra

- Onsite Job (Work from Office)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, with a strong academic track record in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics.

- 2-3 years of relevant post-college job experience.

- Preferable experience in data analytics & commercial analytics in pharmaceutical domain

- High motivation, a strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

- Empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.

- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality.

- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.

- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, collaborative teamwork.

- Proficiency in various database manipulation tools (SAS, SQL, Alteryx, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Analysis:

- As an Associate Consultant, you'll lead the charge in designing and conducting analyses to tackle our clients' pressing business issues.

Insight Generation:

- Utilize your analytic skills to uncover data-driven insights that empower clients to address their most significant challenges.

- Engage with clients to ensure they grasp the implications and develop action plans.

Advanced Statistical Modelling:

- Develop and apply advanced statistical models that shed light on complex business dynamics.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

- Leverage analytic techniques to guide client decision-making, utilizing data to inform both clients and our internal project teams.

Custom Analysis:

- Design bespoke analyses using tools such as Excel, Tableau, SAS, and SQL to investigate and address client needs

Effective Communication:

- Synthesize and effectively communicate results to clients and internal teams through oral and written presentations.

Deliverable Management:

- Provide regular project deliverables status updates and implement solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

- Enhance problem-solving skills and contribute to the advancement of our capabilities.

Mentorship:

- Guide and mentor Associates within project teams, fostering their growth and development.
