Associate consultant | Tier 1 MBA + Civil engineering background must

Job Description :

- Mumbai based global management consulting firm is looking for an associate consultant

Strict requirements :

- MBA from Tier 1 college + 2 years experience post MBA

- Must have BE/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering + 1-3 years experience in the construction industry (preferred companies: McKinsey, BCG, Bain, ATKearney, Accenture strategy, Big 4 or infrastructure Companies).

- Can join in Mumbai / Delhi office asap.

Skill set -

1. Consulting experience with construction industry will be preferred

2. Client dealing

3. Good at Microsoft Excel + PowerPoint.

Responsibilities :

- Program management

- Management consultation

- Utilize data analytics skills for trends, predictions, and modeling. 

- Identify areas of improvement and new solutions to deliver consistently and cost-effective outcome.

- Effectively using systems and technology required for the process improvements/optimization/ new process developments.

- Board level presentations.
