What You'll Do:
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations with clear, data-driven insights that inform sales strategy and performance
- Build engaging and concise slide decks to communicate key findings and actionable recommendations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, acting as a key advisor on sales performance and incentive compensation operations
- Conduct diagnostics of field teams and customer engagement models to uncover opportunity areas, customer needs, and sales execution gaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inform the customer engagement journey and identify areas for innovation in sales strategies
- Design and implement field targeting strategies, ensuring alignment with brand and business needs
- Develop and refine workload balancing and territory optimization strategies to maximize sales force effectiveness
- Analyze market trends and sales performance data to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and execution opportunities
- Integrate benchmarking and competitive intelligence into ongoing sales strategies and reporting
- Explore and implement innovative capabilities to enhance the customer engagement experience
- Establish feedback loops to continuously monitor the health of customer engagement strategies
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
- Up to 5 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience.
- Fluency in English / Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of programming (e.g., Java/Python/R).
- Exposure to tools/platforms (e.g., Hadoop eco system and database systems).
- Demonstrated proficiency in a programming language or analytic tool such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
