Associate Consultant / Consultant (RWE)

It is an US based life science management consulting firm.

Designation : Associate Consultant & Consultant RWE

No of positions : 2

Experience : 1 to 5 years

Location : Gurgaon (WFH during COVID)

Position Responsibilities :

Education : MS or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics or Biostatistics/ Bachelors in any discipline.

Work Experience : 3 to 5 years (Consultant) / 1-3 years (Associate consultant) direct work experience in a related field (life sciences consulting, CRO, biopharma and/or general consulting) conducting advanced analytics.

Other Important Skills :

- Desire to drive the internal culture for future growth. Identify areas of focus for analytics new skill development and build the culture to learn new analytics skills in the team.

- Applied experience with mathematical and/or statistical theories and models

- Extensive knowledge of and experience with life sciences real-world data is a must (e.g., administrative claims / EMR data (examples IBM MarketScan, KomodoHealth, IQVIA, SymphonyHealth, etc.)

- Extensive knowledge of RWE project type Market Opportunity assessment, Line of Therapy analysis, compliance and Patient journey analysis, persistence analysis etc.

- Experience with regression modelling, survival analysis and longitudinal models preferred

- Experience analysing real world data (RWD), particularly administrative claims data

- Ability to work independently in a cross-functional team environment

- Intellectual curiosity, interest and background in healthcare topics

- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations

- Fluent proficiency in SQL and R/ Python.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
