- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions within the assigned sector - Banks, NBFCs/ HFCs, Fintechs, Private equity/ Venture Capital/ Asset Management / Payment Services/ Consulting firms, Rating agencies
Client Details:
- Manage a spectrum of clients in Fortune-500, Large & Small Enterprises and SMBs
- New aged Fintechs
- Established, large global private equity and venture capital firms
Description:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, cater to the specific hiring requirements of functional managers/ CFOs/ CXOs
- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions within the assigned sector - Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Private equity/ Venture Capital/ AMCs/ Payment Services/ Consulting firms
- Develop expertise in the areas of work and advise both clients and candidates during the assignment
- Keep clients engaged and earn repeat business by selecting and presenting the most suitable candidates
- End to end stakeholder management, both internal and external; this includes clients (hiring managers and human resources team), candidates, teams within the organisation
- Develop contact and maintain data base with mid to senior candidate portfolios,
- Engage with various teams within Michael Page to earn business from referrals, define your own strategy of development in line with the global strategy
- Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives
Profile:
- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes with 3 to 8 years of experience with a Bank / Fintech / NBFC / HFC/ Insurance / Broking firm/ PE/ VC/ Consulting firms/ Rating agency (designation to be decided basis experience)
- Experience of working in finance domain which may include but not limit to investor relations/ credit/ audit/ FP&A/ BP&A/ relationship management/ CXO's office function within the financial services space
- Should have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization
- Driven to succeed in a meritocratic environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
