Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented, committed and energetic individual to join our Commercial Analytics team as an Associate focusing on our field operations offerings. The Associate is an integral member of project teams where he/she will work closely with internal project team members (analysts/associates and database developers). This individual is responsible for building tools, assisting senior staff on projects, and clearly presenting methodology and outputs to internal management. The Associate is also responsible for effectively communicating with every project team member including managers on all matters related to project assignments. In this position, the Associate is expected to multi-task across multiple projects and project types concurrently while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy.

Position Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with promotional operations functions including but not limited to incentive compensation, field team size, structure, alignments, segmentation and targeting.

- Good understanding of pharma and life sciences data and hands on experience building models for incentive compensation, size & structure, segmentation and targeting.

- Build tools and models to streamline best practices and improve quality and productivity through automation. Implement enabling technologies and tools to automate and streamline methodology

- Provide ongoing support for existing tools / engagements. Assist in creating and implementing quality control best practices.

- Assist senior staff in providing best in class support to clients across projects and maintain communication to ensure that internal and external timelines are met. Communicate with clients when applicable

- Work closely with other functions including strategic advisory, market research, statistics, data solutions, etc.

- Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned

Position Requirements:

Education: BS, MS or MBA in scientific, quantitative, business, or other relevant fields

Work Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in field force planning and forecasting, analytics or related area. Experience/familiarity with life sciences data and forecasting is preferred.

Experience in the field operations space is a must - specifically including sales force sizing/structure/alignment, targeting optimization, incentive compensation design and administration. Marketing mix modeling is a plus along with life sciences sales / marketing data, business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView) for analytics and reporting purposes.
