Job Description:

A career in our Regulatory Compliance practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You'll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.

1.To undertake assignments wrt setting up of Compliance Framework, Review of Compliance Policies, SOPs, Review of policies etc. For Banks, NBFCs, SFBs, payments banks and HFCs.

2. To undertake specific work wrt advisory on setting up of NBFCs, policy formulations, guidance on LODR regulations etc.

3. To undertake Compliance Risk Assessment for a bank

4. Previously led Compliance Audit, Compliance Review, testing & monitoring

5. Previously worked on Global Regulatory and RBI regulatory Reporting requirement

6. Conducted workshops on compliance Training

7. Excellent Report and policies drafting skills

8. To provide Compliance oversight and advisory support to the businesses, to ensure regulatory compliance and to manage overall Compliance risk in the business.

9. Respond to various queries (regulatory guidelines issued by RBI & SEBI in a timely

10. Prior working experience in Trench I,II and III Reporting

11. Coordinate with various stakeholders of the Bank during inspection by various regulators including collation of indents and timely submissions. Also, collating responses from various stakeholders for the observation raised by the regulator during the inspection.

12. Prior work Experience in Compliance Tool

13. Well versed with RBI/SEBI/NPCI regulations/AIF, AMC, Merchant Banking/ Companies Act

14. Prior work experience in Conducting Thematic / Spot Reviews as per the Compliance Testing Plan
