Job Description:
Reporting into Head of HR, Compensation and Benefits Specialist is expected to oversee and administer the compensation, benefits and rewards for our employees. The incumbent will focus on attracting, retaining and motivating high potential employees to reduce turnover and enhance the company's profile as an ideal place to work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver value through Total Rewards Strategies, policies and solutions that enhance the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Assess the organizations competitive positioning in the market, identify areas of correction or gaps and propose necessary interventions.
- Design skill-based hiring ranges based on internal and external market inputs.
- Build and present various models to the leadership in order to assess the financial impact for salary increase and bonus budgeting.
- Incubate, implement and drive various compensation programs including Market Benchmarking, Merit Increase, pay for performance programs and compensation planning etc. for diverse job profiles.
- Defining equitable, competitive and fair compensation and benefits packages that fit and are also in accordance with our business goals and strategies
- Developing consistent compensation policies in accordance with our organizational objectives and work culture
- Ensuring that all compensation practices comply with current legislation and laws
- Assessing the needs of employees by conducting organizational psychology surveys for finding out what engages and motivates them
- Using various techniques and methods for making decisions on direct and indirect financial compensations as well as nonfinancial compensation
Required Experience/ Skill Set :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp, having an eye for detail
- Excellent command on Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Positive attitude and reliable
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
- Ability to present data / information in a simple and impactful manner
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Post graduate degree in HR (Specialization in Compensation & Benefits)
- Minimum relevant experience of 3 years in Big 4, Investment Banking Captives and related service industry
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience across different facets of Total Rewards covering Compensation and Benefits operations, designing rewards programs and solutions that align with unique needs of business.
