BNC has been mandated to recruit a Accounts Specialist/ Senior Account Specialists/ Associate Client Partner for Marketing Agency at Gurugram Location.

1. Must have relevant industry experience as Individual contributor with end to end sales especially Inbound sales (100% outbound is not eligible for this position).

2. Must have handled international clients with good ticket size (3k to 4k USD or above)

3. Preferred sales experience should be either B2B Sales or SAAS Sales.

4. Proficient working with CRM tools preferably Hubspot, FreshSales etc.

5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills is a must.

6. Must have relevant experience in doing client need discovery (understanding client's major pain points) with excellent relationship building skills and client nurturing abilities.

7. Exposure handling clients from multiple industry verticals and understanding of that industry is a plus (Eg. Logistics, Automotives, Semiconductors, FMCG, Food & Beverage etc.). Flexible, Analytical skills, Leadership, Target oriented, Quick learner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 to 7 years in a sales role within the market research or related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies and industry practices.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into strategic insights.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; familiarity with business intelligence tools.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain client relationships.

- Proposal Writing: Create compelling proposals and presentations.

- Preferred Keys Skills - End to End sales, Inbound Sales, International Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Client Handling

- Candidates preferred from Management Consulting, Software Development, IT Consulting.
