Associate - CCAR Reporting/Treasury Reporting - BFS

As an Associate, you will be responsible for managing and delivering on monthly MIS reporting and analysis, support projects as a part of the Corporate and Investment Bank CFO Support group

This includes -

- Extensive support to the team in NY for requirements related CCAR / ICAAP submission and Risk Appetite

- Support various CCAR work streams to identify and document key regulatory reporting processes, risks and controls that impact [Bank]'s capital adequacy processes

- Assist in developing value-add analytics for the strategic management decision-making process

- Design, develop and support various monthly / quarterly reporting around EMR's, Performance reports, expense, headcount and B/S as per business requirements and CCAR requirements

- Perform end to end review of all deliverable sent by the team to different stakeholders

- Extraction and mining of data from the source MIS systems

- Ability to understand the changing business needs and redesign MIS and analysis around the same

- Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management

- Support quarterly business reviews and any analysis required for senior management

- Proactive involvement in the business and development of infrastructure required to support reporting and analysis

- Analyze, communicate and deliver on high quality MIS in stringent timelines

- Liaison with the P&A teams and other support groups

- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

- Good knowledge of finance, accounting and valuation concepts.

- Tenured MBA's or graduates with 5+ years of relevant experience

- Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills

- Advance knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

- Results orientated without compromising control

- Ability to absorb and synthesize volumes of data and draw conclusions

- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

- Good organizational skills & planning ability

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently

- Thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment

- Knowledge of systems like FDW, XIB, and Paragon is a plus

- Eye for detail and presentation

- Team player

- Self driven and able to prioritize effectively
