The job is to manage brand positioning deliver growth across new categories. This is an individual contributor role to begin with.
The responsibilities would be:
1. Product positioning
2. Planning of assortment and width
3. Creating promotion scale and plan
4. Deliver growth across category (P&L health)
Profile
The successful candidate is an MBA graduate with exposure to core sales and brand marketing functions across esteemed consumer organisations. Entrepreneurial mindset, understanding of technology and consumer/product life cycles
Desirable Profile:
1. Tier-1 Institutes
2. Experience in FMCG with prestigious organisations
3. Exposure to new product launch
4. Total professional experience 3 - 6 Yrs
