Associate - Business Development - Software Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients within the software development industry.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our client base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, exceeding expectations through exceptional communication and service.
- Understand client needs and challenges to present customized software development solutions.
- Manage client accounts throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Business Development & Team Support:
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Afynd's services.
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive business development strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, development, recruitment) to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the software development industry and current market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
