Associate - Business Development - Oil & Gas Firm

- Outbound calling to potential customers to understand interest and requirement

- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

- Understand customer needs and offering solutions and support

- Working with network contractors/installers/distributors to fulfill the requirement of customers

- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information

- Tracking customer interactions with customer service tickets (Salesforce, CRM)

- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients

- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
