Job Title: Associate Business Development Manager - North
Department: Distributor Relations
Location: Regional Office, Delhi
Reports to RBDM - North
- Responsible for achievement of Sales Budgets for the assigned markets through :
a) Key Account Management of Senior Leaders of distributor organizations.
b) Business consulting with and for Senior Leaders of distributor organizations.
- Responsible for Business Analytics and leveraging the Business Intelligence tools / Sales & Distributor Performance reports to drive Sales Growth Strategies for distributor organization and assigned market.
- Responsible for education / administration / leveraging of Distributor Compensation plan and Sales Incentive plans with distributor leaders.
- Track Distributor Qualification, Change in Pin levels and Sales / Business performance and achievement of budgeted growth & sustainability numbers.
- Build a strong relationship with high potential & key distributor leaders within the region with the objective of achieving business growth.
- Leverage sales relationships to influence distributor behavior towards achievement of AIE Strategic imperatives.
- Plan activities and assist the distributor organization to realize their maximum potential. Oversee that approved policies and objectives are fully understood by the distributor organization.
- Management and Resolution of all issues raised by the distributors (in consultation with the RBDM) and conflicts across and within distributor organizations.
- Represent and support company at meetings/rallies, special events and merchandizing programs.
- Develop, direct and coordinate all activities related to Distributor Relations with cross functional teams to ensure growth in the states.
- Participate in product allocation for the region and territories in consultation with the Area Manager.
Internal/External Customers: Work closely with the Area Managers, Training Team, DCS, Commercial and other Distributor Relations personnel to ensure timely & active support for distributors and consumers
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience: Minimum 6-9 years relevant experience in Key Account Management & Business Consulting, preferably from Insurance / Financial Services.
