Associate - Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential new B2B clients.
- Develop and implement B2B-specific business development strategies to expand our market reach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to B2B clients.
- Negotiate and close B2B deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Manage and qualify leads generated through marketing efforts, nurturing them towards conversion.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B sales and development activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and B2B sales best practices.
Qualifications:
- MBA degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, negotiation tactics, and relationship building in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with decision-makers.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with B2B clients.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
