Responsibilities  - Maintaining and improving performance and availability of all customer facing sites.  - Full maintenance and support of High / Low Severity Issues for all third party issues. Ownership of problems from first notification right through to resolution.   - Enforce current standards and introduce improvements for third parties  - Identify failings/weakness in current tools/applications and working practices  - This includes both process/standards and technologies/tools  - Requirements for project delivery/handover  - 1st Line Support   - Analyse and validate third party service failure  - Primary focus is on restoration of service  - Participation within an on call support / Rota based service provision as demanded.  - Undertake support and maintenance activities to proactively identify and prevent potential issues within the specified portfolio of applications developing into high severity incidents.  - Assisting and educating users, other support personnel and management in use of specified applications (where deemed appropriate.)  - Liaison with other application development / support areas  - Liaison with other systems operations team (e.g. Web support, Informatica, GFAS, Unix, DBA, DAS etc)  - Proactive sharing and transfer of skills with other team members.  - Provide input into Disaster Recovery and BCP plans / processes.  - Knowledge of and input into environment initiatives within the overall systems function.  - Ensure adherence to change management processes and assist in facilitating the ongoing review and enhancement of these processes for all third party changes.  - Work with project / operational areas as required to safeguard production service when changes are introduced into the production environment.   - Champion the WBS group both within Web Delivery and to the rest of Technology and the Enterprise.  Experience and Qualifications  Primary Qualifications	  - Relevant technical qualification will be preferred.  - Experience and knowledge of transactional and public UK website  - Excellent knowledge of EMEA business – Products and Procedures  - Awareness of eBusiness, eCommerce & web technologies, best practices & industry standards  - Preferably certified in service oriented certifications for example - ITIL or related  Business / Interpersonal Skills  - Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.   - Ability to apply new skills / additional information acquired in relation to role  - Ability to prioritise own activities, work under hard deadlines  - Team player with commitment to achieve team goals  - Motivated, flexible and with a ‘can do’ approach  - Keen to learn and develop proficiency  - Good communication skills both verbal and written  - Delivery and results focused  Please send your update profile with following details : -  Exp. in Capital market / Investment Banking Exp. in Production Support Exp. in EMEA business Exp.
