Associate/AVP
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Lead the campus strategy for the businesses in partnership with HR and Business teams to facilitate hiring of Graduates/ MBA's /CA's etc from Campus and further the branding exercise to be able to successfully attract talent from targeted hiring campuses and at the same time enhance and strengthen the organization on these campuses.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline for the businesses to achieve the hiring targets.
- To build successful partnerships with local and regional stakeholders, benchmark & adopt recruitment best practices.
- To effectively manage recruitment systems, use of recruitment processes to facilitate seamless on-boarding of new hires and leverage on available technology tools to facilitate the recruitment process and drive strategic initiatives such as internal mobility, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
- To identify & report on recruitment matrices impacting HR and business performance and generate timely reports on recruitment analytics to facilitate effective business decision making.
- Participate in building on vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting periodically on vendor performance to improve candidate conversion ratios & overall quality of vendor service such as timely and high quality market intelligence.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
- The incumbent should have relevant work experience, with a proven track record, experience of working in large, professionally managed firms, with exposure to a highly matrixed local and regional reporting environment. Strong understanding of the local hiring market and proven experience in managing an end to end recruitment process would be preferred
- Capable of building strong Client relationships & professionally manage client expectations along with demonstrated ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with both internal / external stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, Good interpersonal skills, To be able to work under pressure, Willingness to learn and take on additional challenges/responsibilities.
