Associate/AVP - Real Estate Funds - Investment Bank

Associate/ AVP - Real Estate focused fund

Will be part of the investment team of the real estate fund management business and his responsibilities would include:

Preparation of investment cash flows

Preparation of presentation to the Investment Committee based on which the fund will make investments

Assisting in investment variance analysis

Flagging off discrepancies in actual v/s projected cash flows/ events, etc

Assisting in compliance and documentation management

MIS reporting

Candidates from Banks, NBFC & PE funds preferred.

Real Estate experience is MUST have.
