Associate/ AVP - Fund Raising (Transaction Execution) with a financial firm

We are looking out for Associate/ AVP - Fund Raising with a financial firm in Bangalore

The role involves -

Manager - Transaction Execution, Business Development, Corporate Development etc.

AVP - Work on a wide range of assignments/transactions, from initial client pitches through transaction closings, mergers and acquisitions; and other strategic advisory services

Skills Required -

1. Banking/ Financial Services experience mandatory, Investment Banking Exp preferred.

2. Superior financial modeling skills with solid experience in accounting and business valuation techniques

3. Superior research and business/financial analysis skills
