Mission and Scope:
- To ensure data capture and measurement for all marketing campaigns.
- Identify insights and opportunities from the available data.
- Transform the data into dashboards for relevant stakeholders
- Define the best processes for the practice and keep updated on new trends in the field.
- Help in defining the strategy going forward- Automation/Machine Learning etc.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
- Ability to be data-driven and highly analytical. Generating data-based insights that help to launch impactful and effective marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Lead web analytics and set up measurement process and best practices. Taking ownership of all marketing measurement and analytics implementation.
- Diving deep into campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and identify optimization opportunity across all marketing channels.
- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact
- Drive digital marketing efficiencies through continuous testing (A-B/ Multivariate), innovation and measurement.
- Ensure correct end to end funnel measurements starting from lead gen platforms to CRM.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to share key learning to maximize effectiveness and ROI
- Communicate effectively with executive audiences by creating performance dashboards.
Qualifications: Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- BE, MBA -TIER 1 or 2 Institute (Specialization in Marketing/Analytics)
- 3-7 years of relevant experience with translating data and trends into recommendations, strategies, and actionable insights to get better ROI from their various digital marketing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Google Analytics including Google Ads, FB ads other advertising channels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Prior experience with marketing projects like Media Mix Modelling (MMM), Multi Touch Attribution Modelling, Conversion Lift, LTV prediction and time series forecasting.
- Working knowledge of Sales Force Data Cloud and Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Google data studio/ Incorta/ Quicksight.
