HR Analytics - Associate/Assistant Manager/ Manager - Big4
- The role holder will have the responsibility of managing planned and ad-hoc reports in the HC Analytics team and will ensure accurate, timely and high-quality reporting across HC metrics.
- Role incumbent will be required to lead the detailed statistical analysis of human capital to identify actionable insights and build predictive models.
- The role will involve gathering data from various sources, statistically analyzing large data sets, and assisting in interpreting it to make well-informed business decisions.
- The role also requires making enhancements/changes in the existing power BI dashboards as per the stakeholder requirements.
- Transition existing reports/dashboards into power BI should be proficient with power query and data visualization
- Present recommendations on initiatives and influence stakeholders through data and thoughtful interpretation of findings
- Build reports and dashboards to give stakeholders visibility into relevant metrics
- Partner with the ELC team to maintain HR databases, audit data, prepare reports, propose business process improvements and automation
- Drive analytics with an agenda of continuous improvement in data quality, data management practices, and standard tools and
capabilities. Ensure data is accurate and presented it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders
- Participates in cross-functional HC related projects by developing spreadsheets, consolidating and analyzing data, drawing
appropriate conclusions, and making recommendations; use data modeling, trend and gap analysis to present actionable HC insights
- Execute large-scale data analyses, including work on predictive analytics and enterprise-wide data-driven insights to enable
key decisions :
- Develop monthly and quarterly metrics and other analytics reporting; work with the team to consolidate comprehensive year-end reports; quarterly reporting to other departments; work with total rewards team for year-end analysis on-increment & bonus allocations etc
- Provides technical and analytical support with HC metrics and analysis to other functional leads and continuously work to improve reporting in terms of value-add, efficiency, and quality
- Design and implement advanced statistical analyses and recommend analytical frameworks, approaches, and methodologies to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve issues related to driving HC priorities
- Develop recommendations based on analytical frameworks/methodologies to improve HC function effectiveness
- Apply specific business knowledge to data analytics; identify trends and areas of impact for HC and business leads. Present compelling insights, recommendations, and visualizations of data
- Design and deliver dashboards as well as standard and custom reports for HR and senior leadership including relevant documentations and reporting guides
- Manage efforts to automate data extraction/ presentation wherever possible to reduce manual efforts and improve the efficiency of data retrieval
- Contribute to the development of functional specifications for future process enhancements in reporting tools (i.e. internal reports, ERP, dashboards, etc)
- Expertise in HC data reporting, dashboard development, and predictive analytics.
Other skills required are :
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Visualization skills (Power BI)
- Familiarity with SQL, R, SPSS (or other statistical packages)
- Familiarity with writing scripts, visual basic, basic coding (HTML)
- Strong analytical skills including presentation through data dashboards
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and have a problem-solving approach
- Independently working capability with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize the tasks and ensure seamless delivery
