Experience: 5 yrs - 15 years

Job Description:

- Looking fashionable people with strong art direction skills from magazine / fashion publication / Advertising agency background. Key requirements for this role are Content Management, Strong art direction, Good visualization ability & prior exp. in fashion.

Responsibility:

- Develop and advice content, styling, casting for the Marketing function, based on the overall organization’s strategy and the requirements

- Understand the current level of in house talent (graphic design, editing, and photo Retouching etc) and collaborate, work together to get the best output

- Must be able to lead and be a source of inspiration and motivation to the team.

- Conceptualize, Direct and Manage photo shoots & hold the content & shoot calender

- Bring creative ideas to maintain clients editorial homepage

- Also Strive for ways to elevate and evolve imagery by raising the shoot/content bar

- Manage shoots & timing, to accomplish high shot counts,

- Do what it takes to Brand and Market a product on client website.
