Trade Execution Associate/Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Working closely with senior traders to operate & implement our automated trading strategies.

- Managing risk, reconciling positions, interacting with exchanges, brokers.

- Monitor production trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly respond to unusual behaviors or market conditions

- Analyze production trades and come up with ideas to improve trading strategies.

Qualifications :

- The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years experience in a trading or trading support role in a capital market environment, knowledge of the financial markets, and critical thinking & communication skills.

Additionally, he or she should have :

- A bachelor's degree from a reputed university

- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving, mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills

- Experience with Linux (preferred) & basic programming
