Candidate background
Qualification - Graduate in any discipline with CA, B.Tech/ B.E. with MBA (Specialization in Finance) or CFA.
Years of exp - 1 year +
Job Purpose - Responsibility for planning and execution of finer details of assignment that best meets the needs of clients
Key areas of responsibility - Project Execution/ Client Servicing:
- Research, share information with team members.
- Manage the team of analysts effectively and ensure project keeps to specified timelines.
- Set priorities and manage time.
- Deliver assignments in keeping with quality standards and time schedules.
- Technical inputs, analysis and provide alternative solutions.
- Prepare presentations, documentation and organize information.
- Keep immediate superior informed of progress.
- Organize logistics of delivery, presentations, proposals, letter of engagements etc.
- Seek information, understand clients, their business, provide timely responses to and enlist timely responses from clients.
- Prepare invoices.
- Demonstrate an eye for detail.
- Excel in financial modeling.
Common Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of Investment advisory services to the client
- Establish strong networks and profile for DTZ in the local and national property market through exceptional service delivery to the clients
- Provide leadership to the service delivery team through effective work allocation and leveraging resources
- Conduct high-profile bids for new business to achieve strategic business targets
- Recruit, develop and motivate the best team to meet client expectations.
- Ensure that the team adhere to DTZ quality processes and communicate and manage DTZ quality processes throughout the office
- Work closely with the Director for Investment Advisory achieve Business Objectives
- Support the research function and target and initiate research into potential clients.
- Support DTZ initiatives globally and regionally and represent DTZ values around the business.
- Deal with all tasks in a timely fashion.
Scope of Authority
- Can take decisions pertaining to delivery of assignments.
- Needs to consult with seniors on work priorities and on critical issues pertaining to clients servicing.
- Can generate ideas for transactions and deal structuring.

- Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help to promote clarity and also present persuasive options.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal environment.
- Ability to understand various industries and businesses.
- High level of computer literacy with specific knowledge of spreadsheets and MS-Office.

Compensation - 8,00,000 to 15,00,000 p.a.
