Job Title : Associate Analyst - Business Intelligence CRM

Requirement Details :

Required :

- Master's or Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree or equivalent work experience.

- 2 or more years of experience designing and implementing solutions on SAP BI (BW)

- Experience using BW-BPS (Business Planning and Simulation) and BW-IP (Integrated planning) including planning functions, Planning sequences, Planning layouts.

- Knowledge of BW Objects and techniques (DTPs, Transformations, Transformation rules, DSOs, Info Cubes, Process Chains, Reports, Data Sources, MultiProviders, Function Modules, Aggregation, Performance enhancing, Cube compression)

- Experience with BEx Reporting

- Knowledge of BW security and authorizations

- Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues and to proactively anticipate and prevent problems

- Strong analytical, process and technical skills required.

- Capable to challenge conventional thinking and look for opportunities to improve, streamline and reinvent work processes.

- Capable to develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Strong interpersonal skills, in developing great relationships within IT and business teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communications

Preferred :

- SAP ABAP skills is a plus

- Understanding of the integration of Business Intelligence with SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management (TPM) using BPS planning layouts or BW-IP input ready queries

- Experience with Business Objects Analysis for Office for MS-Excel using input-ready queries.

- Experience using BW with a SAP Hana database
