Associate - Advanced Analytics

Job Description:

- Provide analytic consulting to case teams and clients worldwide. The Associate, Advanced Analytics will work with case teams and Customer Insights & Advanced Analytics Group to assess data needs and propose and execute on analytical solutions to provide practical, value-added answers to the client and case teams.

- Train other team members in database management and statistical analysis as needed.

- Create data reporting tools and automated reporting tools.

- Interface with primary client contact

Qualifications:

- Candidates should have a post-graduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science from a top-tier college with a strong academic record and 3 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.

- Candidates should possess excellent analytic, communication and team skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Sound business logic and ability to structure approaches to answer complex business questions

- Strong skills in SPSS, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.

- Experience with regression, modeling and database management required.

- Experience with Access, SQL, Toad, Decision Trees (e.g. CHAID/CART) a plus.

- Primary market research experience a plus.
