Assoc - Corp Finance - Real Estate - IIT/IIM

The position is with a leading real estate development organisation based in Dubai. The job will entail assessing deal financing options, debt / equity options, legal and tax structures for different projects, developing compelling copy and layouts for investor presentations and offering memoranda (PPMs, pitchbooks, teasers) based on a comprehensive understanding of the company, the objectives of a specific investment vehicle, and the nature of the target audience.

Preferred person profile for this position is graduate from IIT with Civil engineering with a management degree from IIMs or equivalent business schools.
