Assitant Manager Exports
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the Geno Own product registration in the regulated markets of the UK, USA, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
- Identify potential markets and opportunities for growth, taking into account regulatory frameworks, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Lead and manage a team of export professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, distributors, wholesalers, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities, and adjust business plans accordingly.
- Oversee the product registration process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely submission of required documentation.
- Develop and negotiate agreements with distributors and partners, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the export team.
- Prepare and present reports, sales forecasts, and market analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills: Any Degree Holder with relevant experience
