Assistant Vice President - Wholesale Compliance Advisory

A. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sr. Key Responsibilities:

1 Interacting with the regulators for seeking clarification and solutions to business dilemmas

2 Vetting or drafting of regulatory correspondences.

3 To review responses provided by the various units for RBI observations for their completeness.

4 Reviewing Policies, Product Notes and SOPs

5 Providing compliance views on clarification sought by stakeholders.

6 Preparation of summary of regulatory circulars for dissemination.

7 Reviewing controls provided by the various units of the Bank for the obligations mapped to them to assess the design effectiveness.

8 To identify and review areas of emerging risks in the Bank.

9 Responsible for compliance training and awareness, providing proactive and expert compliance advisory service

B. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Qualifications:

Essential : Graduate/Postgraduate

Preferred : Candidates with CA/CS/LLB qualification

Essential : Work experience of 10 to 12 years with excellent people management skills.
