Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our volume hiring initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent on a large scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of high-volume recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the high-volume hiring needs of the organization.

- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional development.

- Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the candidate experience.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.

- Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

- Employer Branding: Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent and improve the candidate pipeline.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.

- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role with a focus on volume hiring.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
