Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Technology - Housing & Finance Business

Responsibilities:

Company is looking for a 'Techie' to manage all aspects of its technology initiative. He/ She will have the opportunity to work on developing the full stack web and mobile platform as below

- Drive the pipeline for integrations of the Agrim Technology Of Metadata (ATOM) platform, managing the different categories (Account Aggregator, Fintech integrations, Others) to simplify and maximize the performance of the company to make it future ready and always be in Beta mode. Track the pipeline, to ensure we hit Technology targets.

- Inhouse the expertise for Low Code, Open Source front end controls on DevOps software

- Define the development stack, technical roadmap and IT framework with the Business team.

- Develop and direct safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches, fraud and compliance

- Identify competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of the company.

- Mentor the tech vendor to partner, build and lead the fully digital tech platform and mobility solution that is the foundation of all of company's products and services.

- Organized and good at planning and just brilliant in execution.

- Experience in DevOps, Python & Django framework, MySQL, HTML,CSS, JS. Working knowledge of building an Loan Management System would be a huge plus

Qualification, Experience and Expertise :

- Engineer from a premier institute with 10+ years of work experience in technology

- Expert in Technology architecture, technology solutions, mobile app, web development, preferably in a fintech company

- Have hands-on developer experience. Experience having led end to end development of at least two mobile based product that has been released and used by consumers/ corporates

- Eager to build an organisation and create a scalable tech ecosystem for large scale impact

- Excited about data and can lead processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis to enhance customers' experience and efficiency of operations"
