We're looking for AVP/VP Sales.

Purpose of the Role :

- Responsible for acquiring new clients through actively prospecting and generating leads and ensure achievement of the defined targets for the Pan India.

- Have managed high volume business PAN India Sales and Lead large Sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Creating the plan, develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plan for PAN INDIA location.

- Manage Sales team performance across PAN India locations to drive sales target

- Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region/industry

- Manage key accounts that are strategically important to the business, Understanding of B2C Sales.

- Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors - data, their offerings and pricing strategies

- Ensure the team adheres to defines sales processes which, handovers to the Operations team and client servicing team etc

- Play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with new and existing universities/clients to ensure continuity of business and create opportunities for up/cross-selling

- Liaison with clients from time to time to assess the quality of services and take necessary actions
