Summary:

FloBiz is an organisation of high ambitions to build a sustainable and lasting business which drives deep impact with its core products and offerings. We're a team of about 200 talented professionals looking to reimagine how India does business. In the long run, we aim to design from scratch a complete ecosystem of software, services and value add support to create a digital business experience like no other for the Indian SMBs. We're a Series B funded enterprise with the backing of some of the most well regarded institutions in the space.

There are dedicated, well populated & mature business functions (Engineering & Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Growth) along with support functions (Finance, HR & Legal) in the organisation and we want to add a senior Leader to the team who will be responsible for driving our SaaS business with a particular focus on GTM, Monetisation & Revenue Operations with feedback driven assistance to product development. You will be in-charge of effectively scaling the distribution of our core product myBillBook in collaboration with other Leaders & directly under the CEO's leadership with a critical lens of R/C (revenue-to-cost) benchmarks.

Description:

Candidate will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:

1. Monetisation Strategy (experiment, devise & design SaaS monetisation framework to expand new & repeat revenue streams for myBillBook)

2. Sales Management (lead all inbound & outbound sales initiatives across Inside Sales & Offline GTM motions; develop new channels of product distribution)

3. Revenue Operations (data analysis to drive monetisation strategies; oversee day-to-day revenue related workstreams in coordination with Finance; implement tools to support revenue growth)

4. Marketing Alignment (design & execute activities in collaboration with Marketing & Growth team to achieve revenue goals; ideate & experiment with new lead generation activities; oversee demand generation, lead nurturing & conversion strategies)

5. Customer Success (work closely with Customer Success function to deliver smooth onboarding experience; ensure high CSAT leading to new revenue & repeat revenue growth; build & scale feedback pipeline for continuous product development)

6. Operational Strategy & Process Improvement (take initiatives to identify & solve for process related bottlenecks; design & improve day-to-day business operations systems; ensure high productivity & measurable effectiveness across operations teams)

7. Business Plan Design & Execution (collaborate with Leadership to design & strategise on monthly/ quarterly business goals; ensure progress towards targets achievement by driving hands-on execution of business plan; build & maintain reporting systems to track & report business progress to relevant stakeholders)

8. Resource Management (manage resources for business goals including personnel, technology & budget; optimise resource allocation & utilisation across operations teams; oversee hiring, training/ upskilling, development & employee satisfaction of operational staff in coordination with HR team)
