An esteem client is seeking AVP/VP Sales professionals in the General Insurance domain to be based in Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Mandatory skills required:

- 8-12 years' experience for roles upto Chief Manager.

- 12 plus years for VP / Associate Director

- The experience should be from Insurance preferably from Insurance Broker Industry

- The experience should be in Non - Employee Benefits Services like Marine, Fire, Liability, etc.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Ensure New Business Development Activity as well as Deep Mining in existing accounts and successfully develop larger share of corporate business.

2. Ensure timeframes and deliverables are met

3. Sound technical knowledge of General Insurance Products - Property, Liability, Group Mediclaim etc.

4. Interdepartmental co-ordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims and Operations

5. Provide technical support to customers and resolve complaints

6. Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, referrals etc.

7. Collect information from clients on their risk profiles to offer them the proper solution

8. Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field

9. Fulfill all company established policy obligations

10. Hold regular meetings with Clients, TPAs etc. on regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
