AVP/ VP - Property Channels-Mumbai- Housing Finance
Responsibility :
- Setting up a Pan India Account Management team through vendors, channels for increasing the visibility, reach and depth of builder and developer projects in apnagharkhoj . This is a P& L role that would create a team, increase digital footprint and built revenue in the same business model as magicbricks and 99acres but with a fintech flair.
- Presenting company's initiatives and scheme to the Builders in the affordable housing segment in the - 5-50 lakhs category.
- Onboarding builders on to the AGK website and ensuring regular updates from builders on offers.
- Ensuring to take initiatives that exceed customer/ builder expectations - resulting in increased customer satisfaction and sales and Associate satisfaction that will be realized higher business revenue.
- Establishing and managing communication channels within and among departments-being the liaison to provide customer feedback and the Senior Management Team.
- Become the expert on informal and semi-formal businesses and the builders and developers that cater to them, use our digital technology, CRM, industry knowledge to engage the builders, for our three offerings - find my home (apnagharkhoj.com), finance my home (anyhfc.com) and improve my livelihood.
Qualification, Experience and Expertise :
- This is a sales and Services function hence candidates should be Post Graduates with sales aptitude and sharp communication skills with an aptitude for regional languages .
- Digitally Savvy with min 10+ years' experience in property management sales property dealing website companies
- Customer centric, maintaining strong working relationship with customers.
- Able to work independently and systematically, understand responsibility, maintaining good coordination with customers and internal department"
