Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Projects - Residential Construction

Our client is a well-established Real Estate Organization and has multiple projects across Maharashtra.

- They are looking to hire a senior Projects Professional (AVP/VP Projects) who could oversee the entire Project activity for these projects.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Supervision & management of the overall project execution (multiple sites)

- Participate in project planning and strategic discussions on the project Adhering to Plans & Cost Estimates:

- Timely completion of project as per plan on a weekly & monthly basis.

- To supervise work at site to ensure that contractors are executing as per contract and to required quality and contract specifications and work completion is on schedule

- Co-ordinating and collaborating with the Architects, Engineers and Specialists

- Conduct timely reviews and Provide various MIS on progress, Schedule and cost of the project

- Developing, guiding and mentoring Site/Project team

- Developing working relationship with Internal and External Customers

- To detail the Quality assurance Plan for Inspection, Testing & Acceptance of materials, equipment and construction work at site in line with the corporate guidelines

- To ensure all statutory compliances are kept up to date at site and other parties like contractors have also required statutory compliances

The ideal fit would be a candidate with :

- BE / BTech / MTech Civil / Construction from Reputed Colleges

- 15+ yrs of exp and 5+ as a Projects Head

- Have experience in Managing / Executing Large Residential Construction projects

- Have worked with Reputed / Top quality Realty Organizations in India

- Knowledge of statutory and local authority Norms for Building Construction

- Great communication skills

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
