Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Products Equity

Position Title : AVP/ Vice President.

Function : Product -Equity-Managed Products.

Reports to : Managing Partner Products.

Reportees : None.

Location : Mumbai.

Qualifications:.

- CA/CFA degree preferable.

- MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 B-school (must have).

Work Experience (highlight) :.

- 8-10 years' experience in Product Development and Management with Wealth/Asset Management Companies.

- Equity Research experience, must have.

Core Purpose of the Role :

- Manage the Equity Vertical in the Product team focusing on Equity + Hybrid MFs, PMS and AIF (Cat III).

Product Development & Research:.

- Co-lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to due diligence to launch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Identify gaps in the firm's product offerings and suggest innovative equity solutions that meet client needs, contributing to the firm's competitive advantage.

- Stay informed about market trends and participate in industry events.

Product Management:.

- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

- Monitor and analyze product performance periodically, gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to make datadriven improvements.

- Collaborate with private banking teams to create effective product positioning and messaging.

- Provide advice on equity investments to both internal bankers and advisors and external clients.

Product Market Mapping:.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings and potential market gaps.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client requirement and market segments.
