Job Description :

As the Head of Inside Sales India, you have to drive revenue of the elearning and live/virtual class offerings across all major metro's in India. Responsible to lead, coach, inspire and manage our inside sales organization and bring a strong background of proven B2C sales experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Set the tone and pace for the inside sales organization to align to organization goals

- Own revenue, market share and P&L goals with focus on sales efficiency, reduced cost of acquisitions and collections.

- Continually assess conversion rates, qualification process, team structure, compensation plans to focus on increased revenue growth.

- Attract, enable and retain a highly motivated sales organization that prides on achieving targets and earning their incentives consistently.

- Partner with support organization to drive exceptional customer experience

Experience :

- Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery against commitments

- Experience in pharma, education, medical equipment, BPO, healthcare industry preferred

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

- 14+ years of progressive inside sales/business development experience with previous/current target exceeding 60 Cr. annually.

- Proven experience in identifying, recruiting and managing high performance teams

- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures
