AVP/VP Digital/ Performance Marketing

We are looking for a driven individual to join us in our journey towards making us the largest Trade Financing Network globally. As VP - Digital Marketing, the role presents a great opportunity to work with the senior management on the core strategy and growth plans of the firm and helping drive the digital marketing performance of the firm.

Responsibilities

- Create and execute the entire digital marketing strategy and plan across markets.

- Fully responsible for performance-oriented digital marketing for the firm.

- Design and drive implementation of marketing campaigns in line with business objectives and drive lead generation.

- Develop the social media strategy for the firm; manage and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Twitter and other mediums to drive SEO and conversion ratios.

- Work with digital/ social and other agencies to review and deliver performance on the digital plans for the quarter and year.

- Track and analyze traffic flow and provide regular internal reports; and improve performance metrics.

- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the firm is at the forefront of industry developments

Ideal Profile and Experience :

- 6 - 8 + years of experience in digital media marketing, social media management, mobile, and email marketing, driving user experience in the FinTech industry

- Good understanding of SEO/digital paid media best practices/SMM/Google Analytics/ Pay Per Click (PPC) optimization, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, A/B Testing as well as a working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies

- An analytical mindset, with a relentless drive for performance to optimize our digital campaigns and ROI

- A proven track record of delivering qualified traffic to owned and earned channels/ improving the quality of engagement in social media

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; including content building and editing

- Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail required

- Ability to align internal and external stakeholders on the digital roadmap for the brand
