Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Corporate Banking

Our client is a reputed domestic Investment Bank with 3 broad verticals - debt syndication, venture capital/ private equity raise, and mergers & acquisitions. In the 10 years since inception, they have raised capital of USD 2 Bn for their clients across multiple sectors.

Applications invited for AVP/VP Corporate Banking

Location: Bangalore, Chennai 1 position each

Primary Responsibilities :

- Scope the market and originate new debt mandates by reaching out to promoters/ CFOs.

- Work with the team to ensure delivery of high fundraising solutions for clients.

- Work on a wide range of responsibilities from initial client pitches through to transaction closing.

- Work with the team in preparation of the information memorandum and structuring the transaction

- Lead transaction execution by lender reach outs, negotiation of term sheets, and other transaction documents.

Experience/ Skill sets

- Work experience of 5 to 10 years as corporate banking RM is mandatory

- Ability to have mature conversations with promoters/ CFOs

- Strong credit knowledge

- Good oral and written communication skills
