Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Contracts - Telecom - IIT/NIT

- Must have exp in legal contracting, documentation, telecom contract, tower sharing contracts

- Contract Management of all Agreements including communications with other party,assist HOD in dispute resolution mechanism, Change Management (Variations), claim management (both additional time and cost) and timely MIS to Management etc.

- Continuous vendors intelligence and manage vendor data base.

- Assist in building and maintaining the vendor network to ensure that a good pool of credible vendors develop long term partnerships.

- Ensure all purchase activities comply with quality standard, tax and government policies

- Assist in drafting contracts/ agreements for large civil, finishes and structural work contracts.

- Review PR & Understand the requirement for the procurement of materials, & works / Service. Ensuring procurement as per the procurement policy.

- Manage entire Bidding process including EOI, RFI, RFQ / RFP Process.

- Negotiate and finalize the prices and contracts with all vendors to ensure that the procured product is of high quality, suitable price and is fit for the project quality standards.

- Use latest negotiation tools such as E bidding (reverse / forward auctions) methods.

Closure of contracts :

- Person should be from Premium Engineering only (IIT/NIT preferred)

- Should have telecom exp

- Age should not be more than 45 yrs

- Experience - 15 + to 22 yrs

- Current designation should be GM / AVP level

- Current CTC should be more than 70+ L/A
