Roles & Responsibilities :

- Requirement gathering from clients and end to end implementation.

- Value Creation - Supports the business in assessing current state operating model and translating strategy into target operating models.

- Manage critical change management and transformation projects across the entire Retail Banking business vertical.

- Manage cross functional / cultural teams.

- Deliver transformational programmes and achieve stated revenue and costs benefits.

Qualifications :

- 10 plus years of post qualification experience into business analysis and consulting.

- Strong knowledge of Commercial banking products and Services.

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Optional

- Degree in business administration / management / economics, engineering and science - Optional
