Direct Responsibilities:
Business Management Support:
- Support all administrative, financial and operational activities for the CEO's office.
- Support requirements for metrics/reporting on a need basis
- Drive delivery of organizational initiatives, ad-hoc assignments
- Support creation of meeting material and presentations
- Secretarial support on select meetings and forums
- Create pitch books, presentations and packs to support the office
- Project Management Support | Strategic Projects
- Support with tracking and monitoring Strategic and transversal projects for the company
- Undertake pre-initiation tasks for projects and prepare documentation
- Define deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage delivery.
- Conduct project workgroups and stakeholder meetings and compile project progress reports with appropriate KPI /metrics
- Follow committee meetings, schedule them, prepare presentation packs and maintain minutes
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong presentation and pitch book writing skills
- Experienced in offshoring / outsourcing consulting tasks
- Project management skills and some experience on working on enterprise wide projects
- Ability to work with global teams
- Good team player
- Strong communication
- Willingness to work within stringent timelines
- Agility to multitask and agile
- Analytical and problem solving skills
Specific Qualifications (if required):
- Graduate Degree
- Experience of 7+ years in relevant area
- Experience of working with a consulting firm preferred
- Strong experience in working with teams located at multiple locations
- Data analysis and problem solving skills
