Job Description

- Supervised teams i.e. Reconciliations, Register Servicing, Quality Control and Cash team which comprise of a team of TL's and members and

- Ensured that all FSA regulatory requirements are followed properly

- Maintain relations with the client contact and ensured that their needs are met

- Assured that all clients- complaints are handled efficiently

- Handle updation and testing of Business Recovery Plans in accordance with corporate standards

- Skilfully administered IOC Mentoring Program.

- Provide logistics support & cross functional co-ordination to other department within TA Pune business.
