Title : AVP-Tele Sales - BFS


Location : Gurgaon

Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Tele-Sales leader to scaleup operations and head our Clients tele-sales team. Incumbent will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new staff, designing, and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.

- To ensure success, you should be a go-getter, have advanced managerial experience to lead the large tele-sales team, and the ability to multitask. As a top-notch tele-sales leader, you would be providing strong guidance and assistance to the tele-sales team, ultimately boosting company sales.

Role Description:

- Lead B2C sales team to deliver revenue targets and related OKR's

- Own and manage complete B2C Sales Engine funnel, pipeline and lead data

- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales team members

- Meeting with sales managers to discuss and implement sales strategies.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and manage to meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets

- Monitoring the performance of the sales team. Actively engage and manage supervisory staff, support ongoing associate development via timely coaching/candid feedback

- Responsibility for the profitability of the business

- Maintaining customer relationships and handling escalated customer complaints

- Track campaign results (leads received/worked, closing ratio, etc.) and reconcile with marketing reports to ensure accuracy in reporting

- Evaluate customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered

Educational Qualification / Work Experience:

- PG / Graduate with min. 12+ Years of Tele sales experience in the B2C domain

- 5+ years of experience as leader in successfully handling large tele-sales team

- Ability to multitask

- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Strong organizational skills
