AVP-Team Supervisor - Operational Risk, Risk Management Consumer & Commercial Domain -Bank

Job Location will be Goregaon

- Implementing and embedding the Operational risk framework to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor key risks in Consumer Assets and Commercial Domain

- Review new product/product variant rollouts prior to launch and highlight operational risks associated as part of forward looking risk management

- Conduct process walk through to identify & assess gaps and suggest mitigants to eliminate / control / monitor operational risks

- Support the Business in designing/monitoring key risk indicators, RCSAs (Risk and Control Self assessments) and operational risk scenarios

- Analyze unusual events, key risk indicator breaches, and sample control testing results reported by business for risk identification, assessment and need for control/process enhancements

- Provide Management Information and analytics support to the Operational Risk Head for risk forum presentations and regulatory reporting for RBS (Risk Based Supervision), Board notes and Risk profile template submissions

- Conduct ad-hoc thematic reviews basis directions from various Committees / Businesses / Outsourcing reviews

- Support the bank wide thematic projects across multi-functional groups to identify , assess and mitigate risks and enhance controls and processes

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office. (Excellent knowledge of power point & excel would be an advantage)

- Ability to understand, interpret and manipulate large data sets

- CA or MBA or Experienced Graduate with Certification in Operational risk or experience in control functions would be an advantage
