The role involves :
- Leading and managing Talent Operations across the regions
- Contributing to and executing the calendar/plan for annual/biannual Talent cycle activities and defining polices, frameworks and supporting tools.
- Executing Talent processes regionally, ensuring consistent execution to plan (time-frame) and quality output.
- Ensuring the alignment of Talent processes and outputs with Performance and Reward and other regional Development solutions
