A US Based IT Company in Chennai is looking for a Lead/Manager TAG position fulfillment for their Chennai office. The Incumbent Candidate would report in to VP- Talent Acquisition and would manage 7 Direct reportees and a team of 30 TAG.
- MUST HAVE HANDLED A TEAM OF 10 Direct REPORTEE'S.
- MUST HAVE IT RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE in an IT Company Only
- SHOULD BE ABLE TO JOIN AT SHORT NOTICE 15/30 DAY'S MAXIMUM
- CHENNAI Candidates Preferred.
- The Candidates must have experience only from IT Services or Data Science Companies.
- The candidate would be responsible for end to end of recruitment till fitment and Onboarding nd must have full life cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Must be able to deliver on Quick TAT and work to achieve high number game.
- Must have worked in high pressure recruitment and fulfillment environment
- Must have minimum 12-15 Years of experience
- Strong Social Media recruitment, Networking, Research, headhunting, Vendor management closure and must have worked on portals extensively and also must have experience in mass freshers hiring.
- Should be a MBA specialization HR
- Additional Certification on Thomas Profiling and Assessment tools, Caliber Assessment etc would be an added advantage
- Must have strong Communication Skills and internal client influencing ability for quick closures
- Must plan strategies and plans in hiring which includes employer branding
- Should have worked on Recruitment HRIS tools
-should have skills on Behavioral Techniques of Interviewing
- Must have exposure to high Deliverable and target environment
- Must have handled Leadership Hiring
- Would also play a role of TAG Strategist and also advise the team from the market perspective/research
- A critical thinker and problem solving skills. Must should the company's success through driving recruitment and billing/revenue.
