Designation- AVP Strategy & New Initiatives

Department-Strategy

Qualification-Post Graduate in Management (leading Business Schools like IIMs, ISB, etc.)

Experience-5 -15 years of experience (years of experience is not a constraint)

Industry- Corporate Banks (preferred), other NBFC / FinTech (Industry is not a constraint)

Location- Noida

The candidate must have the following attributes:

1) Experience in building new ventures and initiatives. An interest in a startup environment is a plus

2) Strong logic based approach and business judgement

3) Cross functional experience in finance and/or supply-chain

4) Analytical and data-driven work experience

5) Strong Academic background preferably from a leading Business School

6) Has worked in internal/external strategy definition and execution

7) NCR Based candidates

8) Notice Period to join in less than 45 days

The candidate's roles and responsibilities will include:

1. Establishing and executing new initiatives and strategy

2. Working closely across functions to execute new products and offerings

3. Building teams and processes for existing and new initiatives
